Browsing, downloads, and security
You do not need to create a named account or provide an email address to use free printables. Some interactions create an automatically assigned Firebase identifier. This is a technical identifier, not a public profile.
Google Firebase provides hosting, storage, database, authentication, and backend services. Download records can include the assigned identifier, puzzle identifier, language, country, timestamps, and failure information. These records support download counts, service limits, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Hosting and security services can also process IP addresses and request information.
Firebase App Check uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect interactions such as newsletter registration and checkout. Security processing can involve device, browser, and interaction information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Analytics and error reports
When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions, including page and download activity, device and browser information, and approximate location. Analytics can use cookies and identifiers; it is separate from the information you choose to send by email.
Browser error reporting can collect error messages, technical stack traces, page and source paths, browser details, and timestamps to diagnose failures. The error-reporting endpoint removes query strings and fragments from page and source URLs before storing them.
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores a language preference in a cookie and can use browser storage for favorites, cached download counts, and Firebase authentication state. Analytics and third-party services may use their own storage technologies.
You can use your browser settings to clear cookies and site storage or restrict them. Clearing storage can reset preferences and the identifier used for downloads or purchases. Restrictions can affect functionality. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Newsletter and support
If you subscribe, the site records your email address, language, country when available, subscription status, and subscription time in Firebase. Subscription is optional. To request removal, email support using the subject “Newsletter removal.”
When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use that correspondence to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain relevant support records. Sending a support email does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter.
Payments
Stripe processes payment information for paid PDF packs. Payment-card information is entered through Stripe's checkout rather than a form stored by this site. Stripe handles payment and fraud-prevention information under Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Our purchase records can include a Firebase identifier, product and checkout session identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, language, purchase time, and country, city or region, and postal code supplied with the transaction. We use these records to verify payment, provide downloads, and resolve purchase issues. See the purchase and refund terms.
Third-party services and disclosures
Google and Stripe process information in their respective roles. External links and any embedded third-party content are subject to the destination provider's privacy practices. Opening or interacting with embedded services can disclose browser and request information to that provider.
The site also loads a TrustedSite trustmark script. Loading third-party scripts involves requests to that provider that can include IP address, browser information, and the referring page.
We may disclose relevant records when necessary to comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or resolve rights and payment disputes.
Advertising
The site uses Google AdSense to display advertising that helps cover hosting costs. Google and its advertising partners (including Google Ads and the DoubleClick cookie) may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other sites, and to measure ad performance. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Opting out does not stop advertising entirely — it means ads you see are no longer based on your browsing history.
For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google requires publishers showing personalized ads to obtain consent through a certified consent management platform (CMP) before advertising cookies are set, per Google's EU user consent policy. Personalized advertising is shown to visitors in those regions only after consent has been collected through a Google-certified consent tool; without that consent, any ads shown are non-personalized.
Children
This website is written for parents, teachers, and other adults who choose and print activities for children. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The printed activities can be used by children; downloads, subscriptions, purchases, and support requests should be managed by adults. Please do not submit a child's name, contact details, school information, or other private information. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so the relevant records can be identified and the request addressed.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the type of record and its support, security, purchase, or legal purpose. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline or that third-party services use a particular default retention period. Contact us for questions about a specific record or a deletion request.
The website uses HTTPS. Access controls and service protections reduce risk, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Requests and changes
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also be able to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Email support with the request and enough context to locate the relevant subscription, purchase, or correspondence. We may need to verify your relationship to a record. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or identity documents in an initial email. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction obligations.
We update this policy when information handling changes. See Contact Us for help and Terms of Use for website and printable permissions.
